As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and outreach efforts. This is a commission-only role, meaning your earnings directly reflect your performance—the harder you work, the more you earn.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage with basketball teams, coaches, and decision-makers (DMs) to pitch Ball91’s services.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into opportunities for player placements.
- Work closely with the management team to refine sales messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain and manage an active pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
- Research and track team needs, roster openings, and market trends to stay ahead of opportunities.
- Earn commissions on successful player placements and deals secured.
What You’ll Need
- Proven sales or business development experience (sports, recruitment, or B2B sales preferred).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills – confident in outreach and negotiation.
- Self-motivated and resilient – thrives in a commission-driven role with unlimited earning potential.
- Knowledge of the basketball industry – understanding of professional leagues, contracts, and player placement is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset – you’ll need the hunger to succeed and close deals.
