As we expand, we’re looking for a Player Acquisition Representative (PAR) to scout, recruit, and sign talented players to Ball91’s roster. This is a commission-only role, meaning your earnings directly reflect the players you bring in and the contracts they sign.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage talented basketball players at various levels (collegiate, professional free agents, etc.).
- Network with players, coaches, and key basketball decision-makers to attract talent to Ball91.
- Evaluate player marketability based on skill level, fit, and demand from professional teams.
- Handle initial player outreach, contract discussions, and onboarding.
- Build relationships with athletes, ensuring they understand the benefits of Ball91 representation.
- Track upcoming talent, leagues, and player movements to stay ahead of recruitment trends.
- Collaborate with the Ball91 team to align recruitment with market demand.
What You’ll Need
- Basketball industry knowledge – understanding of professional leagues, contracts, and player movement.
- Strong networking skills – ability to connect with athletes, coaches, and scouts.
- Sales mindset – confident in pitching Ball91’s representation services to players.
- Self-motivated and target-driven – thrives in a commission-based role.
- Experience in sports management, recruitment, or agency work is a plus.
